Today, I placed an online order for pickup from this restaurant. The app said it would be ready at 4:25, but when I arrived at 4:28, I had to wait for the cashier to come to the front and assist me. I informed her about my online order and provided my information. She told me that neither of the two pizzas I ordered were ready. When I asked how much longer it would take, she checked with the cook who rudely said it would be 25 minutes because he hadn't started making them yet, and he had other orders to attend to. I ordered 20 hot wings but they had no sauce on them, only a small amount at the bottom of the plate. The wings had no flavor and were disappointing. Additionally, there were only 2 small containers of dipping sauces (1 ranch, 1 blue cheese) which were not enough for 20 wings. The meat lovers pizza was overcooked and below average. Overall, the dining experience was not satisfactory.
I tried the chicken Parmesan sandwich, cheesy bread, mozzarella sticks, and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. It looked so delicious that I wanted to take a picture, but it was devoured quickly because it was so good! Reminded me of the flavors from New Jersey and New York, I absolutely loved it!

The service from the young waiter was very poor tonight. Despite this, the pizzas were good. He was rude and impatient both over the phone and in person, especially towards customers unfamiliar with the menu. Disappointing experience overall. Rating: Food 3/5, Service 1/5, Atmosphere 1/5.
