I decided to leave two reviews since we visited the restaurant twice. The first time was absolutely amazing. The server I had was a young lady with big brown hair and glasses. She was one of the best servers I have ever had. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, making our experience exceptional. The view from the deck was beautiful, with a glimpse of the water. The weather was perfect, adding to the overall wonderful experience. We decided to go back a second time, but unfortunately, the service was not as good as the first night. The waitress was nice, but it made a big difference compared to the exceptional service we received previously.
I think I should leave two reviews when we went twice. it was absolutely wonderful, the first time I knew the young lady name, but she was big with brown hair and I think she had glasses. she was one of the best servers I even had eaten and happy. she knew her sh*t and was very fast and yet personal she made our experience wonderful and they could say she really loved her job. the lookout was nice that you could see the water from the deck and the weather was perfectly cool and it was just wonderful that we went back. this time was a little less pleasant our waitress was nice, but not as good as the last night and it made a big difference.
I cannot recommend Noble enough! They truly exceeded our expectations by putting together a fantastic menu of appetizers, buffet dinner, and dessert for a private event last month. Josh, the owner and chef, met with us to discuss the event and menu, and they were incredibly accommodating. The food was delicious, and we were able to dine both indoors and outdoors. They even had heaters for the outdoor deck, which was a nice touch. Noble is a hidden gem in New London with delicious, beautifully presented dishes at a reasonable price. Thank you to the elegant staff at Noble for a fabulous experience!
The waitress was very friendly and the food and atmosphere were fantastic. What more could you ask for! I was surprised by how few people were there for lunch on a Sunday. They should think about offering brunch or lunch specials to attract more customers. My best friend and I shared truffle fries and ahi tuna tacos, which were delicious. I wish we had ordered more! The dishes were creative and I would highly recommend them. I am eager to try dinner here. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends.

Last night, we dined at Noble and the food was amazing! The menu offers a selection of beautifully prepared and delicious dishes. I have never had edamame or brussel sprouts that tasted so good. I heard great things about the monkfish and can personally vouch for the lamb. It is wonderful to have such fantastic cuisine in New London. While there are water views, it was a bit chilly so be sure to bring a sweater (but it's definitely worth it).
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I absolutely adore the Ahi Nachos and the atmosphere of the restaurant. This place is truly a hidden gem. I will definitely be back for those 50¢ wings during happy hour; they are hands down the best wings in town.
Quick late lunch with the wife. Decided to see what was open in New London and since there wasn’t much we seen Noble was. Stopped in and was seated on the deck and had a fantastic meal. Ahi Tuna Nachos, Fish tacos and lobster tacos. Very tasty!! Hope to be back soon...
this place offers exceptional service as well as delicious food. my favorite place. the drinks and eating came out quickly and the prices were economical. will definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is of excellent quality and clearly made with passion. I am excited for more delicious meals in the future. The location is fantastic and the atmosphere is very clean.
