For future, my advise would be not to take away essentials till the real closing time, like chess pieces and water which both are important for your brand’s in store experience. New review Thanks I went in and had a good experience this time the lady wasn’t there and I didn’t get any solicitation. Original review Hi the ice cream was good but I was annoyed because there was a lady asking me for money when I was waiting on my ice cream. This is called loitering and will drive away costumers like myself. I will return but if I see her there I’ll just walk to Starbucks next door.
The service was extremely disappointing. Despite having at least four staff members behind the counter, it took over 10 minutes to get three single scoops in bowls. There was a sign about the mask mandate, yet all the employees were only wearing their masks under their chins or on their lips. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're just planning to take a quart to go.
I am deeply saddened to hear that this wonderful restaurant is closing down. I've spent countless hours here after football games, during late nights, and as an alternative to Starbucks. It's unfortunate that the hundreds of dollars I've spent here couldn't help keep them in business.

I always come here with my friends from church after our evening service, and we love the ambiance and positive energy. I even learned how to play chess here! The service is quick and efficient, making it a great spot to unwind.

I really enjoy all their products, especially their milk and ice cream. The only downside is their limited hours; they close at 9 PM. It would be fantastic if they could extend their hours.

Unfortunately bad service and can't ever seem to get their orders right. It's a shame because they have good ice cream. From now on it's Haagen-Dazs for me.
This location seems to have turned around since Bob became the manager. He and his crew are great.
