Drove through Mayfield on our way and we are glad we found this. Best burger I have had in a long time. I asked for a Smash Burger and they did it perfectly! This is a local butcher shop with a deli and it was very busy on the Monday we visited. There were a few tables inside but we opted to eat at the picnic tables outside. The only bad thing I saw at the eatery was that they need a better ventilation system. If I go to a restaurant where I can smell the cooking odors, I just turn around and go elsewhere.
Today was our first visit and we will most definitely be back! We got meat and potatoes for our family of 4 for a GREAT price! Excellent quality of meat as well! They didn’t have any garlic parm seasoning, so we asked and sure enough they did! They even seasoned our chicken custom for us! Thanks Off the Hoof!!
The hot roast beef I ordered definitely wasn't worth $8.49, excluding tax. I prefer my bread untoasted, but they didn't ask my preference, and it wasn't mentioned on the menu. The only thing that was hot was the cheese. I won't be returning.

I've become a regular at Off The Hoof, and I'm consistently pleased with every cut of meat I try. It's truly the best meat in the area!
Always so clean and great selection of fresh meats. The deli has wide variety of choices. Love this store!!
