I just discovered something black floating in my drink. I've been trying to call and report this for over half an hour, but the line has been busy, so I’m sharing my experience here instead. Update 9/1/22: Unfortunately, things haven't gotten any better. I requested a large combo five times, paid over $10, and still received a medium.
I always enjoy the menu at Sonic Drive-In, but on one occasion, I ordered the same burger twice and received one without the meat. Although this isn’t a common issue here, they quickly resolved it. The service at Sonic is fantastic—every server is friendly and attentive.
Another fantastic spot I discovered during my travels. What stood out most was the manager personally walking around to ensure everything was running smoothly. That's a rare quality to see. I truly appreciate that level of care as a customer and will definitely return.
