First of all, our waiter, Victor, was absolutely amazing. He had such a positive attitude and was both friendly and humorous. The food was fantastic, too. I hadn't visited in a while, and I noticed some changes on the menu. I decided to try the Chi Town Trio, which is an appetizer but was substantial enough to serve as a meal—simply terrific! Definitely give it a try the next time you're there. My friend ordered his favorite calzone, the Chicago 7, and it must have been delicious because the plate was completely clean. If you're looking for a fun dining experience with great food, you can't go wrong with Old Chicago Pizza. Enjoy!
My family visited this restaurant for lunch, and while we had an excellent server who was respectful and attentive, several issues marred our experience. First, our table was unclean. Additionally, many other tables hadn’t been wiped down after previous guests left. The floors were also in poor condition and appeared not to have been vacuumed. To make matters worse, I had to return my dish after taking just one bite because I found hair in my food. This was truly unacceptable. Given these experiences, I’m uncertain if I will return to this restaurant in the future.
I visited this restaurant with my family of four, and we were disappointed from the start. They didn't have a kids' menu available. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes to order drinks, and another 10 minutes to place our food order. We then waited an excruciating hour and a half to receive our meals. The manager was indifferent and did not offer any resolution or compensation for our long wait. Additionally, the portions of food were quite small. Overall, we won't be coming back again. I visited this restaurant for the first time at 5 PM on a Friday, and it was packed! That makes me think how great the food must be. We ordered a pizza and the service was excellent, thanks to Grace, who was very helpful and friendly. I hope the rest of the staff is just as good, considering how busy they are. I'll definitely return for a sit-down meal when it's less crowded. Maybe Grace should consider becoming a full-time waitress instead of just helping out!

The staff was friendly and attentive, the starters were delicious, and the prices were reasonable! This place is an easy choice for quality comfort food. Our meal for two, which included entrees and two appetizers, totaled around $30. Our waitress showed genuine interest in our travels and shared her own stories, creating a nice small-town vibe that I didn’t expect from a chain restaurant.
We were on a road trip and stayed in the area for one night. Since we arrived in the city late (around 9:30 PM), many restaurants had already closed. Fortunately, this place welcomed us and allowed us to order just before the kitchen shut down. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I ordered spaghetti and meatballs for pick-up 30 minutes before closing. When I got home, I found that the pasta was not fully cooked (still hard), and it was served in a rather careless manner—just dumped into a pizza box with parchment paper to prevent leaking. I expected better and am quite disappointed.
