Horrible experience booked a reservation for this place on Monday after getting engaged. We got two phone calls asking for confirmation which we said we were coming. The day of the reservation I got three text saying our table was almost ready. We showed up to the place and it was closed.. I donât know itâs even an option to get a reservation while the place is closed. Completely ruined our night we ended up eating at a buffet. Happy engagement to us!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Every time we are in Nashville we make it a point to stop and eat at Old Hickory. Itâs an amazing place for a steak and we have never had a bad experience. The service is impeccable as the service staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied and make excellent suggestions for accompaniments for our meals
Excellent Once Again: The Old Hickory is one of our go to places when we want an excellent dining experience. The food is great, especially the beef; the service is top-notch; and the ambience is not only elegant, but unique. Great special occasion venue or a must if you are staying at the Gaylord Palms.
We didnât enjoy the lobster bisque and needed to send back the Mac n cheese with lobster bc it was cold, hard and over cooked. But the shrimp and a steak were fabulous. So two meals out of four? Not sure that rates great. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Drinks side items were completely over priced. Side items were extremely small. If you pay for a steak, the restaurant keeps squeezing the customer for more. Iâm not going back.
