Went to Olive Garden yesterday after Sunday Service and our waitress/server Jocelyn was amazing!!! She was very patient and kind. Her attitude and service was great, she knew we were waiting for one more person to arrive and was very patient and not at all in a hurry for us to place our order. She did bring our drinks while we waited just a few minutes. Jocelyn came after our table was full and kindly greeted us again and took our order. She did let us know the pizza wasn't available in the kids menu which made it easier for our kids to decide on something else other than the usual. I usually never write reviews for absolutely everyone, but my friend and I were very impressed by the amazing customer service we were given by Chris. Chris was very nice from the beginning to the end and came to check us every chance he got, regardless of how hard it was. I cannot stress enough how much of a good time we had and the continuing effects he had on us, especially considering how difficult we are to impress. Bless your heart Chris! We appreciate you!!
The best of the best service ever!! Jennifer was our waitress and the only thing that I'm going to say it's that it's the best service I've ever had!! She was very friendly,kind and helpful! She made me and my family feel very comfortable just like home!! My kids had a great time with her too!! I didn't have to wait or asked her anything because she was on what we needed right away!! Just the best experience I've ever had!!
Our Melcer server was spectacular. So attentive and friendly. If I had him every time I came here, I would. I made my experience so pleasant. The best server I had in an olive garden. My food was so good and very tasty manager Melissa was super nice. I order online went to pick up food. My online order never went thur . Once I arrive to olive garden the cashier said no order in the system I was so sad and hungry Lol it was lunch time. Manager Melissa seen I was sad and help me with reordering And the service was not long at all Thank you Staff
