. I came Friday evening with my sister and cousin. We were from out of town and my sister was craving Olive Garden, lasagna so we swung by to get some. We walked in and the restaurant just smelled bad and it got worse as we walked to our table. Our server was named Amanda and she was okay. The area she took care of was pretty dirty, dust on the surrounding window seals, pictures and when I dropped my phone on the floor there were napkins and trash on the floor. In between the seats were paper straw trash and crayons. Our food came out pretty fast but it wasn't as hot as we would've liked it but it was all tasting the same. A group of us dined in for a late lunch, early supper, the place was not crowded and there was still a wait. We were finally seated, our server was Otis, he was an ok server, not very attentive. We ordered food and drinks at the same time and our appetizers came out before our drinks from the bar and even our water, but we were patient. Bar drinks were pretty good, the salad was horrible the worse thing they served. I ordered the tour of Italy and it was all good. I would return and give them another try, I'm sure it was more if a staffing issue. Mask were required.
The dinner at The Late Mother was fantastic—the food was amazing, and I have no complaints on that front. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It seemed like the server might have been new or perhaps was just not well-suited for the role, as she seemed unsure of what to do. No one came to assist her either. After placing our order, we asked three times about the status, and after waiting 20 minutes, she finally informed us that there was no coffee available and that it would take another 30 minutes for our food to arrive.
The food was pretty good and the server was nice, but the ambience was dry a dim. The outside was very dirty at the entrance. Trash was in every corner. I was meeting friends for a birthday dinner. I was almost embarrassed to go in and dine. They also had a rank oder in the air like it's not cleaned on the regular. Not an appealing look for Olive Garden. Very disappointed on the obience.

I expected my meal to taste better. I would have preferred another type of cheese. So my review is mostly due to my preference. Chicken carbonara it was! The environment was comfortable but the ladies room could have been more tidy. I would have gone to the location a little further because of the slightly higher ratings but I sacrificed for the extra time
Food was mediocre at best. My fiancée food and our sons which was pizza and fries........she had the salmon with asparagus and broccoli. Or would have except the cook forgot to cook it. They 're food arrived nearly 1 hour after we ordered and was incomplete. Not acceptable at all and each time we go here it has been progressively worse. Do not go here.
The hostess was very pleasant, but the server was uninformed, unhelpful, and inattentive at our table. The busboy and the lady manager (who we had to ask for help twice) provided us with more assistance than he did! What a disappointment! I haven't been to this place in years, and I certainly won't be returning anytime soon!
