When we first walked in we were seated right away when the waitress came over and took our food and drink orders she was friendly but got our order wrong so it took awhile to get our salad due to it being wrong and her having to make a new one and I totally understand someone accidentally put olives in it so we waited patiently not knowing what was taken so long it was only a salad and breadsticks when she finally brought it over to us she apologized for it taking so long she then said she had to remake it and we didn't get our drinks until the salad came out. We started with calamari for an appetizer, which was delicious. The highlight of my meal was the chicken and gnocchi soup. While it didn’t quite meet my expectations, it still had a decent flavor. The strawberry Bellini was delightful, especially since it comes with extra prosecco on the side—I recommend adding it to your drink before finishing the first glass. It’s the Olive Garden There seemed to be a lot going on. For a Tuesday it was packed. The hostess was good and even as we exited made small talk. There was a 10-15 minute wait. There were 3 of us and they set the table for 2 people. When we asked the waitress for a third set of utensils and a menu she looked annoyed. But another woman brought us the items. The area that sat us in was incredibly dark. My son and gf cracked jokes about us eating in the dark. (We were close to the kitchen. The restaurant is incredibly clean and has a friendly staff. The food quality is excellent, and the portions are generous. My wife and I started with a salad and the Chicken Gnocchi soup as appetizers. She absolutely adored the soup and could eat it over and over again – it was a big hit! As for the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars because I felt it lacked some flavor. I rated this restaurant five stars for their exceptional customer service. With a group as large as ours, they managed everything wonderfully. All of our meals arrived simultaneously, despite needing to make several trips. My food was served hot, and the staff was fantastic. The only downside was my drink, which was a bit too weak for my taste. My friend even had to return two of hers. Aside from that, everything else was great. They really excelled in accommodating our big party!
They were super accommodating to us. We arrived as a party of 20 with lots of kids. When I called to make the reservation the lady on the phone asked all the right questions not forgetting to ask how many high chairs we would need. The servers were very kind and patient with us all. We got there pretty late and even though they closed up while we were there, they did not rush us and made us feel comfortable. The food was good and the space was great.
Something is wrong with the disposable waste. While my party and I were looking at the menu there was an awful aroma. We asked if there was a garbage disposal nearby? The waiter explained to us that sometimes the waistline gives off a bad aroma We asked to be placed in a different area . After being seated in a different area everything was better.
Me and my boyfriend decided to go to Olive garden and I have to say that I truly had such an amazing time here. The staff was so friendly and the food was good. This is one of mine and my aunts place to dine. Our waitress was great, Alisha. She was friendly and aimed to please. It was extremely busy this day, but she made every effort to check on us as much as she could. Pretty smile and very friendly.
