While walking on Sherbrooke found myself and my wife a bit hungry. It was about noon and saw a terrace with some empty tables. Walked in and saw it was a Pokii resto. Fine. I love Pokii. First off the inside of the place is delightful. Lots of seats.The waiter was courteous, and saw to give my wife and me info on the different bowls. My wife chose the octopus and I the grilled chicken.To make a long story short they were bothexcellent and the price was very and I say very reasonable...I recommend this place wholeheartedly. If you're into this type of food......Go for it, you won't be disappointed!
We had a great meal and thanks to John who made ordering simple with his guidance. He is also a great host!! Everything is fresh and well presented. BYO makes it an very inexpensive night out. There is a big take-out business and very little atmosphere but it doesn’t matter. We will definitely return.
As someone with celiac disease, I was incredibly impressed by the extra care taken to prevent any cross-contamination with gluten. I created my own poke bowl and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!
updated: they offer suppe and poke bowl menu. they do not serve anywhere in the menu (they use bark broth) except the knödeln. we ordered the red Udon soup that came in a large part, tastefully with fresh ingredients. perfect for cold weather. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
the food is fresh, made before place and delicious. the owner needs the time to explain the dishes and if you are not happy with everything he offers to replace it. was at least 10 times and never a complain!
