We started with an excellent crab cake appetizer, and our server was very helpful in guiding us through the wine choices. My husband was eager to enjoy a fantastic steak for his birthday dinner, but we were a bit unfamiliar with the different ribeye cuts available. Personally, I usually opt for filet mignon when I do cook steaks, so I tend to prefer tenderness. While the bone-in ribeye was flavorful, it was a bit too tough for our liking. If you enjoy an overpowering saltiness in your meals, then this might be the place for you. What a fantastic discovery! The Australian Black Opal Filet Mignon was absolutely delicious and is a must-try. The owner even stopped by to check on us and introduced himself, which was a nice touch! We will definitely return!
