Had a great panera bread experience here at brockton place was very clean, food was great, and had great service. Came with a friend and ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with a fruit bowl and an iced tea. Decent sandwich 3/5 and healthy fruit to go along with it. Staff was super friendly and made great conversation when we were looking at the pastries. Convenietly close to medical centers and makes a great place to eat on a lunch break
The quality of the food has deteriorated from bad to truly unappetizing. I can no longer tolerate this; it's not just a one-time incident—this problem seems to be consistent in this location as well as others. The food lacks freshness and is not reasonably priced either. It's really disappointing. Today, on 05/13/22, they even placed ice on my bananas and strawberries—take a look at the picture for yourself.
The guy who worked the cash register this morning was amazing! He was very attentive and friendly, making the whole ordering process enjoyable. He even took the initiative to bring my food to me, even though it was for takeout. The restaurant should definitely allow tips because he truly deserved it. Having more employees like him would really improve this place.
The service here is exceptionally friendly, and there’s an impressive selection of delicious baked goods and lunch items to choose from. This is definitely one of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch, especially since the French Onion Soup has returned to the menu! On Friday, the restaurant was quite busy, likely due to a half day at school. The manager was actively assisting wherever needed and even delivered my soup to my table! I always appreciate that I can place my order on my phone for pickup or use the drive-thru; it's so convenient. Great job!
This café was fantastic! The service was great, and the cashier was very friendly. She was incredibly helpful with the menu and took the time to explain everything we inquired about. The dining area was clean, and we had a wonderful booth to sit in. I will definitely be returning soon!
The quality of the staff can vary significantly. My main issue is with the servers; they frequently speak so softly that it's hard to hear them. Additionally, they often fail to let you know when your order is ready, even if you're right in front of them.
The chicken wrap was only lukewarm, and I had trouble finding a clean table. There were crumbs all over the tables and chairs, so I ended up having to clean them myself. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I just paid $10.08 for this sandwich. four pieces brot, 3 small pieces truthahn and 2 slices American cheese. absolutely ridiculous!
