I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Melissa, who confirmed they had my card and said she would look into the charge. Since I planned to visit that day, I agreed to wait. I arrived around 12:40 PM, aware I needed to be at work by 1 PM, expecting a quick visit. However, I waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from Melissa, even though she knew I was there. it's been a past since I was eating in a panera. it's not her fault, there were some problems I had medically. the dings are getting better now and I can have their food once more. my children wanted to get things, and I agreed on it so that I ordered a sandwich. I ordered in the app for collection and between us we have a good selection of items. we didn't get any drinks at this place, because I brought it home for us. I should meet a friend of the breakfast here, and I checked the reviews here and thought about going somewhere else. Perhaps there are all the tourists who are expected to be treated as a license that gives terrible reviews, but I had 0 problems today! the cash register was very attentive and let us take our time with a look at the menu and even suggest their favorite sandwich. I had a cinnamon roll and an icy latte, and it was a reasonable price and portion! the restaurant was clean and comfortable and I would come back safe.
She handled the mud box with her gloves, making a mess, and then after taking off her gloves, she didn’t wash her hands before putting on a new pair and touching our food. She didn’t wear a name tag or ask for our names when taking our order. Later, when we visited the winding room, we found dirty napkins and containers without lids. The tea containers were mixed up, causing both the passion fruit green tea and the citrus tea to be served warm. The entire experience was very unpleasant.

Just wow. Breakfast was delicious! They were out of lettuce at 11am which was sad but their sandwiches and cookies were so good! The employees were also really nice. The cinnamon crunch latte was amazing and I?m not even a fan of that cereal lol. It was all around a great breakfast spot.
Great, fresh, tasty and cheap. We went to breakfast as a family of 4 and we all had a freshly made breakfast sandwich with one fruit bell each. So good. Great way to start the day and if you like me not a fan of sitting in the air con ask the time they have a lot of seat in the sun out.
Great experience! I stopped here while traveling to the Disney area. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and the full menu was available. They had all the drinks, the food tasted great, and service was quick. Plus, the drive-thru was open.
