My spouse inquired about two other soups that were listed as new additions on the menu and displayed on the digital board, website, and nutrition fact sheet. However, she was told they no longer carried those soups either. This caused her some anxiety as she struggled to respond given her limited lunch break. Ultimately, she decided to settle for the same soup we had ordered previously so she could at least have something to eat.

The service was extremely slow, and the restaurant lacked cleanliness, with crumbs and bugs scattered about. We waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and a kids' macaroni and cheese, and when it finally arrived, my daughter's macaroni was cold. I approached the kitchen window politely to ask if they could warm it up, but they suggested that I do it myself using the microwave near the coffee. I was surprised but went to do that, only to find that the microwave was broken and quite dirty. I would not recommend eating here. I am very disappointed!
I usually write reviews, and if I do, it is positive not negative. But I put an order from door to panera and when I went to pick it up, they told me it wasn't on their system and they said it was on their shelf an hour ago, but I didn't pick it up? So they allowed someone to take my order and not review it. Instead of giving a solution first, they gave attitude. Then they said they would "produce another order" one of the workers or managers pushed the bag into my hands. Don't feel bad for a mistake at the end.
This is the worst panera bread I've ever ordered from. I've ordered pickup twice, and the order was wrong both times. I had been ordering from another Panera bread and never had any problems, so I never check the order before I leave. The first time the salad had brown lettuce and a rotting pepper. This time it was missing the French baguettes and they gave me a croissant instead of a brownie. The receipt was correct but they did not fill it correctly.

Got the Toasted chicken F. Waited 35 man's in line to get a burnt sandwich that barley had any chicken. Didn't have any cheese on it had no onions put a few pieces of chicken and a tomato. This for 13 bucks and the bread was so burn I couldn't even eat it . Total waste of time and money
The food is excellent, and the service is generally quick and efficient. I really appreciate how fresh and healthy the dishes are! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they are still a much better value compared to eating at McDonald's for just a dollar.
They clearly do not know how to take any orders. This is the second time this happened. I specifically asked them and confirmed twice to put extra avocado instead of chicken and this is what i got (picture below). I paid almost $13 for this empty sandwich!

Placed an other to be delivered between 4pm and 4:15 pm and its 5 pm now and still no order, discovered a little bit ago the driver delivered to the wrong address. Got my money back and won't be ordering from here again.
After 20 minutes driving through I was disappointed to come home and find absolutely no avocado in my Chipotle Chicken AVOCADO Sandwich.
