Panera Bread - Tisch resevieren

The restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food, and it’s very clean. I found it a bit odd to use the self-service order pad while there was a staff member at the register. I tried the Tuscan chicken sandwich, which I really enjoyed, along with a bag of boiled potato chips. The prices are on the higher side, but it’s definitely not fast food like McDonald's. They also have outdoor seating available. Update: I had the chipotle chicken avocado on tomato basil bread, and it was tasty. This is the second time I've gone to this restaurant during my lunch break and had to wait in the drive-thru, only to be turned away at the window because they didn't have change for my cash. I decided to call and voice my concerns, and the person who answered claimed to be a manager—she was the same person I dealt with at the drive-thru, so she already knew why I was calling. After explaining my issue, I was put on hold, and when someone else finally picked up the phone, they answered rudely with, “Hello, can I help you?” When I mentioned I was just speaking with someone, they repeated their question in a confrontational manner. First of all, I have to say that this place is surprisingly understated, and it was clear from the moment I arrived that they could use more staff. That said, the team did an incredible job! They were incredibly courteous, even to a rude customer who was mistaken about their order. The ordering process was quick, and the food was ready in no time. I didn't catch any names, but the older woman at the front and her colleague were both outstanding employees! They greeted every guest with a smile and handled the pressure like pros!

We have always been pleased with Seabrook Panera Bakery! Whether dining inside or using the drive-thru, the service is great. Lucinda, a new employee, was exceptional; she offered great recommendations, introduced us to new bread options, and was friendly and knowledgeable. We had another delightful lunch in a cozy atmosphere, accompanied by satisfying drinks. We're looking forward to more rewards in the future! My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. They had run out of the usual bread for sandwiches, and it took quite a while for them to provide me with a receipt. Eventually, the manager was able to print one out for me, which I found quite strange. Additionally, I've noticed that the quality of food at Panera has declined over the years. I doubt I'll return.

That said, I’m wide awake now, and after letting the sandwich cool down completely, it was absolutely delicious. The cashier at the drive-thru was really friendly during checkout, too. My only suggestion would be to give customers a heads-up when food is that hot—something like, "Hey, this was just cooked; let it cool for a minute!" would be really helpful.

Panera offers a one price per month all you can drink coffee, lemonades etc. Sip Club, $10.99 mo. Was $8.99 6 mo ago when I joined.. Any Panera Worldwide. Comfortable place BUT I've noticed they haven't been keeping up on fresh coffee in cannisters andit's only Sept. Hmmm
