This was the first time I've gone to this Papa Johns in a while because of previous issues I had but I was intrigued by the new Shaq-a-roni, I mean who doesn't love pepperoni and charity? Well let's cut to the chase. I went in, paid cash for my pizza with a tip. Told it would be 8 minutes. Showed them where I was (right in front of door) sat in truck waiting and had to go back inside and get my own pizza. That being said, got home less than 10 minutes away and there was mushrooms on my ultimate pepperoni ....oh well, try to eat it only to realize it was Patty's pizza , not mine, cold- no pizza sauce and very little pepperoni. Three pieces of pepperoni on a slice of pizza is normal not extra...
I ordered the new Shaq-a-Roni for the family and mind you I?ve had some issues with this store previously. Order arrives it?s door dash delivering so I?m like ok whatever, then I get the pizza and cheese sticks inside and my order is completely cold the pizza looks like an extreme grease pit. I call the store to talk to the manager ?Mindy? and she has no customer service skills at all, I Start to explain the situation and she instantly before I can get a full sentence out says ok we need the old cold pizza and we will prepare you a new one and it?ll be another 45 minutes or more. I had a fantastic experience! Kylie delivered our pizza promptly, and she was not only very professional but also incredibly beautiful. The pizza was exactly as we ordered—perfect!
Staff was great! The reason I give it 4 stars is because they took too long. It was a Friday, I know it was a wait but the wait I waited was just too too long.
