I called Papa Johns Pizza this afternoon to place a to-go order, provided my cellphone number, and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they said no pizzas were ready and no order had been placed. The staff had no record of my call and didn’t remember taking my order. I showed them the number I called and explained I had spoken to someone at the restaurant, but they insisted there was no order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Papa Johns Pizza due to their poor customer service. I was also disappointed as their menu looked promising, but the service did not meet expectations.
We took our students on a field trip where they had the opportunity to make their own pizzas and learn about the various roles in the kitchen. The staff was fantastic with the kids, making sure to accommodate those with food allergies by preparing pizzas without any allergens. Many children expressed their enthusiasm about wanting to work there in the future, highlighting how enjoyable the experience was. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service, delicious food, and all the kindness and fun we encountered!
I placed an online order for delivery from Papa Johns Pizza while staying overnight in Gillette. The food arrived hot and the order was exactly right. The menu was easy to navigate, and I appreciated being able to track my order online. Delivery was fast, and the driver was courteous. Even the paper plates were warm thanks to the careful packaging. I highly recommend this Papa Johns Pizza—excellent job by the whole team!
The restaurant's hours state that it closes at 9 PM, but when I called to place an order just after 8 PM, the staff member informed me that they were already closed. This is the second time this has happened at this location, and we will not be coming back.

We went on a tour with our homeschool group, and the staff were absolutely fantastic with the kids! The children are already excited about the idea of working there when they grow up. On top of that, the pizza was amazing!
Save yourself the trouble of calling; they never pick up. I can't place an order online either. I'm just going to go somewhere else.
This is the only spot in Casper where I can get hot pizza. While the quality can vary occasionally, it's always worth it.
Food is always too notch but the last 2 times I ordered here their app was down and I could only pay with cash
