Took 30 mins to have the pizza in my hands, was told 15-20 mins.Come to find they mixed up the order with someone else's. Drove back, asked for another, and it was messed up again, so they had to do it a third time. Something simple as a pizza minus One ingredient. there seems to be a lack of quality control. Most of the employees are maskless, and a man at the front taking orders coughed into his hands, wiped his nose with same hands, and continued his work.The food tasted good, and they gave a free liter of pepsi after the whole hour and a half long episode, but if you want a hassle free and safe pizza, Would not recommend.
My wife accidentally placed a pizza order through Uber Eats instead of the Papa John's website. She canceled the order within two minutes after realizing they were charging us $40 for just one pizza. Despite the quick cancellation, Uber Eats refused to refund the full amount and charged us a $26 cancellation fee. It’s disappointing that the company lets Uber Eats overcharge customers. Charging $40 for a single pizza is outrageous. Very disappointing!
Very often, my pizza is not correct, even after clearly explaining how I want it. I have called before and they took care of me on giving me credit for my next order. However nothing has changed. I think I just may have to get pizza somewhere else..
Your staff is very lazy. They had me waiting 10 minutes for an online order pickup. You had one girl on her phone texting didn’t even greet me. And and guy and girl in the back fooling around. I will never come back

Papa Johns Pizza offers a decent pizza, and I appreciated that the staff honored a credit from months ago due to a previous order mistake. Their menu has some good options to explore.
Don't believe the text message when it says your order is ready. Waited for 30 minutes after I received the text message and the reason is that my pizza was lost!
Parking: Located in small strip mall. Ample packing. Wheelchair accessibility: A couple of Handicap spaces located close to front door.
Wasn't what I expected from PJ ... I'll assume that all the stores do things differently. But the business service was on point!

The pizza and food were fairly fresh, and I highly recommend trying the steak. The Papadia was fantastic!
It has been a while, but I am quite certain that the cheese sticks did not look like this.
