The papaya salad was the appetizer that my wife and I shared. It was a large serving of fresh shredded papaya with plump shrimp and it was a bit spicy; we asked for that. Unfortunately the two dishes we ordered did not hold the same satisfaction. My lemongrass shrimp had enough fresh shrimp, but the steamed broccoli and red bell peppers were too salty. The side of white rice was standard. My wife’s shrimp rice noodle dish (our server said it was vermicelli, it was not) looked delightful, but there wasn’t any flavor. Stranger still, there was no fresh jalapeño, something I have always expected in all rice noodle dishes, nor was there any hot sauce, spice, or spicy oil to liven the dish up. Th...
The food was bad. I ordered chicken pho and the chicken looked very disgusting and tasted like it was microwaved. I then ordered a vegetable fried rice as a side and the rice was almost white (not fried at all). All the vegetables in the fried rice were steamed, not fried. My boyfriend had the chicken sandwich that also was not tasty. Service was also terrible, don’t go here!
This was our first time here. We are very pleased we decided to stop here. The food was outstanding. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were well prepared. I had the Pho and it was great. The customer service was fantastic. The wait staff were friendly and never let us want for anything. We will be back.
This place is under new management and the food, services, and ambience is amazing. The server is very friendly and the food was great. The front door says “close at 8pm”. I walked in at 7:30; the staff told me the kitchen closes at 7:30 for both dine in and take out. They would not take an order for take out at 7:31. Very poor customer service.
Still good! The location is under new management (not closed — called something like Pho Real now) but the classic taste is still there. Sad to see it change hands but the vegan pho is still do die for.
Delicious pho and they actually put a good amount of boba in my rose tea! Excellent! Vegetarian options: Lemongrass vegetables and steamed rice is delicious!
