attracted by the reputation of the establishment I heard only praises since my arrival in the city tricasse at last risked me...Their pastries have enchanted me, but the quality pays itself at a high price at 4,20€ the little cake. The pastries are also very successful. I had to think of myself so I wouldn't be afraid to taste the chocolates that also have a home-made look. I dared to say that I found the amuse-bouches a little big, having the habit to enjoy eating a small croissant, a little chocolate bread, a little apple cuff, ... . the reflection as what "there is not to complain about the quantity", my cooled. I had already had a difficulty in the past to eat a white butter patisserie and I find that the finesse is lost.On the other hand, I appreciate the chocolate lightning, fine and chocolate gutter. We ordered a room mounted for a communion. excellent choice. A treat. all the more so that in troyes finding a good pastry it is rare (they are 2 in the place tricassienne).
