Upon arrival, I noticed it was quite cold in the front area, where a few hard booths are set up for dining. The staff at the counter are young and charming, often seen on their cell phones, but they do respond to the phone quickly, so they’re not neglecting that aspect of their work. There seem to be plenty of cooks in the kitchen, which is a good sign. I didn't choose my food based on the menu; instead, I ordered items recommended by someone else—dishes that she and her husband frequently enjoy. However, I was surprised to find pepperoni and melted cheese on top of the spaghetti. I'm not a fan of pepperoni, and it made the dish too spicy for my taste. I have a low tolerance for spice and...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The pizza had raw dough in the middle, and the fries served with my salad were burnt. I paid extra for dressing but didn’t receive any at all. The grilled chicken salad had only two tiny pieces of chicken, which wouldn’t even register on a scale. I called to report these issues, but instead of offering a refund for the missing dressing and sauce, the employee just said goodbye and hung up on me. Overall, the service was poor, and the food was subpar—raw pizza, burnt fries, and a nearly empty chicken salad. Given that I paid for items I didn’t receive, I won’t be returning.

My grandson and I had a wonderful time enjoying the pepperoni pizza and Italian calzone. Both dishes were delicious and prepared perfectly. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. As we waited, we noticed many customers dining in and picking up their orders, most of whom seemed to be regulars. This is definitely a sign that this is a fantastic local business!
Last week, we ordered a small grilled chicken salad and a Reuben sandwich. According to Pattis' online menu, the salad was priced at $6.50 and the Reuben sandwich at $7.80. However, when we went to pick up our order, we were charged $8.50 for the salad and $10.90 for the sandwich! That’s quite a difference from the prices listed online!
