we live locally, eat here often, but have traveled well. this is the old-fashioned Chinese cuisine best! there is something on this menu for everyone. mel’s love for detail is the second on none. always strives to meet and surpass all the special needs of the customer. if you want to eat here, please book in advance to avoid disappointment and be backed up that there are few restaurants in South Tasmania, the social distancing requirements and the safety of their diner health take so seriously. we can say that koch andys skalopps are always stunning, the suppen are especially good, and the Mongolian lamb is excellent. we are not big fans of the broken offers, but many are and seem to relish...
we came here after a very long journey from corinna. So we were tired and ashamed. this restaurant was empty when we arrived so we could relax. that food came out quickly. it was delicious. served in typical Australian Chinese style on large plates...with measurable and forked. it reminded me of Chinese restaurants in my youth in the 70s! a bit expensive, but worth it.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and it's a great family-friendly place. The staff are incredibly pleasant and provide excellent service. Just be prepared that the prices are higher than average, so it's not exactly a budget option. I would rate it 4.5 stars, but I'm not sure how to do that.
I always choose this Chinese restaurant in the Northern Suburbs. If you like delicious Chinese cuisine at reasonable prices, then you should definitely give them a try. My top pick is the Szechuan beef!
