The restaurant was incredibly dirty, and there were only three teenagers working, none of whom had their hair covered, which was quite unprofessional. I ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak with light onions and mayo, a chicken parmesan with medium fries, and two soft drinks, totaling $33. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and undercooked. The steak sandwich was lacking mayonnaise and was so heavily seasoned that I coughed and choked on my first bite. I asked for it to be remade, but after waiting for 15 minutes with no one at the front, I finally got someone's attention. When I explained my issue and requested a remake, they looked at me confused and just took the sandwich back to prepare...
What a disappointment… I walked in at 9:20 PM, just before the posted closing time of 10 PM. When I approached the front counter, the staff member asked if I had a pick-up order. I said no and that I wanted to place an order. His response was, “I’m not taking any more orders tonight.” If that’s the case, why is the door still open and the "Open" sign lit? It feels quite misleading. Penn Station has really declined from what it used to be. If you're unable to adequately staff your restaurant and stay open during the hours you advertise, then please revise your hours to reflect what you can actually manage. This is the absolute bare minimum.
My wife stopped by and picked up dinner two Philly cheese steak with extra meat, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms with mayo lettuce and tomatoes and they put nothing on it and the fries tasted like burned grease and you can see by the pictures what you get for the price of a couple steak dinners, would never recommend them to anyone the meal was disgusting..
It rubbed me the wrong way that I wasn’t greeted when I walked in to pick up my online order and when I walked up to the guy at the counter he just stared at me and didn’t say anything when I said why I was here. Then a white lady walked in and got greeted. Interesting.

When my bill came to $53 and some change, I offered to pay with $54 in cash, but they refused to accept any bills over $20. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I doubt we'll be returning.
Got 3 large orders of burnt fries. They had to know they were unedable when they gave them to me. Never going back.
Great, their lemonade is better than any other places I'd been. Their food is always good and the cookies ?????
Food on par with any penn station, but manager belittles his staff in front of customers. Inappropriate.
