The under cover silver back gorilla at the cash register had a terrible attitude. Also did not greet me but made sure to greet the well dressed white man who came in behind me. Even gave him a nice smile. So you?re capable of good customer service youjust pick and choose which customer to provide that to.
Its been years since I?ve been to Penn Station. The taste and flavor of the sandwich is still good, the fry were a little over done for my taste. The service staff was friendly and prompt. The restaurant appeared clean. There?s no reason to stay away for as long as I have...see you again, soon! Enjoy.
Will never be back workers not in uniform and not working order not ready they were all outside smoking and person who would not give their name says he was manager is very unprofessional and all staff very rude and offensive !! Never going back don’t want to fight workers to get a meal I’ll pass !!
I ordered takeout from Penn Station East Coast Subs. The food was quite good, I’d rate it a 4 out of 5. However, the service and atmosphere were disappointing, both earning just 1 out of 5. Stacy and Kayla at Penn Station East Coast Subs delivered the best service I’ve ever had! The food from their menu was exceptional, deserving a 5 out of 5. The service was top-notch, another 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was just perfect, rounding out yet another 5 out of 5!
The food was great but they put less fixings on the subs the fry basket compared to the Columbia, MO store! We paid a lot of a money for a meal with (2) Subs, (1) Medium Fries (1) Large Soft Drink!

Food is amazing and staff was really nice . Though food prices or on the upper side .I definitely recommend it just don't forget few extra bucks .
