This was the worst Penn Station I have ever been to. It took over 35 minutes to get my food. When I got it was horrible. I ordered the largest Reuben. When I got it all of the meat was placed in the middle so each side had exposed bread with no toppings. There was no way he gave me the right amount of meat for that size. He also short changed me on the amount of fries as well. He said he was the only employee so that's why it was taking so long to get your food. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me. He said they're moving to hikes point. They need to go out of business they're so horrible.
Does this look like a $17.00 meal? The blonde with a small neck tattoo just threw the sandwich in the bag on top of the fries. She didn't even wrap it. The sandwich was sticking out of the bag The sandwich was overcooked, dry, and the fries were soggy and raw/undercooked. I got nothing against the employees but if you don't like your job, just find another one. Worst Penn Station experience I ever had. For the best experience go to Penn Station across Costco on Bardstown road.
I ordered on line. First it took 20 min after ordered time to be ready (I ordered ahead by over 2 hrs). I got the small chicken teriyaki and the middle was average amount of filling but the last inch on each end only had a piece or 2 of onion or chicken. It was also cold. The fries were hot but I got a medium and the cup wasn't even full. As a norm, I really like Penn Station but I have had a bad experience 3 out of the last 4 times at this store. I'm done.
I was given the wrong sub, I made it all the way home before I noticed. The sandwich had pizza sauce and mustard on it. I didn't know you could get such a sandwich here....to each his own but that is gross??. The phone is off the hook. The workers here don't wear mask and they touch their face a lot...oh well.

Don't eat at this Penn Station. The service, quality, and quantity of food is what one would expect to receive while incarcerated at a federal prison. I basically paid $15 for warmed bread, and I'm not even joking. Do yourself a favor and get gas station food over this joke of an establishment.
Do not go to this location. Ordered a to-go order online and had to wait 30 minutes after arriving at the store. Chicken teriyaki sandwich literally had 2 tiny pieces of chicken on it… the rest was onions and mushrooms. Blonde woman with the neck tattoo that was working was also very rude.
We stopped in here for a bite to eat while we were in the area. Got a few sandwiches with fries. Food was just OK nothing horrible nothing great that's why I'm gonna give it a overall three it was OK I tried again but it was nothing that worth driving or paying amount of money that I did
I can’t believe the way my sandwich tasted look at how immaculate my food looks I’m so impressed with this location an the service I got from the short blonde girl with glasses with the neck tattoo she was so nice I will be visiting this location 100 more times over

Large fry was 2/3 full and not salted. Sandwich was barely toasted, just enough to melt the cheese. Not up to par with the prices. Employees were nice at least
Their hours are so weird here lately. Sandwich was wrong? ?Fries were bigger than supposed to be ?Winning!
