We are big fans of Persis food and frequently dine there or order takeout. This past weekend, we arranged a large catering order for my daughter's graduation. We reached out to them quite late, but the owner was incredibly accommodating and did everything possible on such short notice. I can confidently say that each dish had its own unique flavor, and the curries were excellent. There was no compromise on taste or quality. The chef incorporated his own creative twists and additions to some of the dishes, which were greatly appreciated by our guests. I would highly recommend any of the restaurants in their chain (BLR, Wok on Fire, Persis).
Ok, this was my first time trying Indian cuisine. I've heard about the abundance of spices and that the taste can be astounding. I also went with a friend that has eaten Indian food before so was trying a different place. Chicken Biryani (Boneless) is what I had. The portion was enough to eat three meals. I asked for medium on the spiciness and was PERFECT for my liking. The rice and vegetables mixed with these perfectly grilled chicken made a believer out of me and will be back. My friend had the Butter Chicken and thought Persis's version was better than the place she was going!!! Service was swift and were checked on consistently.
Delicious food, great service. Persis Indian Grill is a restaurant with delicious and hearty food and good service. I have asked for: The Gongura Goat (goat meat cooked with sauce made of red sarrel leaves known as gongura to get a tangy taste) with Plain Naan (leavened white flour bread baked from clay oven) Both were delectable. Tandoori chicken (boned chicken marinated with Kashmiri red chilies, yogurt and herb grilled), it was exquisite. The service is superb, the waiters are very polite. I will come again.
The food is excellently balanced in spices and very well prepared. The staff is polite and attentive. The weekend buffet is outstanding! I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit custard, though I wish it hadn't included the mint leaves. I had to painstakingly remove the mint leaves one by one to fully enjoy the custard (see picture below). Overall, I'd rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I've been going through a really hard time and haven't been able to cook for myself. I got Persis chickpea curry for lunch and it was just so wonderful. It feels like it was made with love and like a comforting hug. The tomatoes were so fresh, the spice blend was lovely and the cardamom made me smile. A wonderful lunch that made this hard time a little better. Thank you
Words just can't describe how good the food is here, as well as how polite and respectful the staff is. I guess if I had to put my experience into words, it would be like this... Wow!!! Persis is SOOO good! It's the place to dine where they treat you like a King's and Queen's!!!
Update: The food was absolutely delicious once it finally arrived. However, we’ve been sitting here for quite some time now waiting for the bill. It seems like they don't practice “anticipatory service.”
As for wheelchair accessibility, it’s lacking.
Loved the taste. Delicious and authentic. Ordered Indian curry and naan. We were in the area early in the evening and they were opening it, went and tried the food for the first time there. Liked ambience too.Food: 5/5

We ate here for the first time and had such a great experience. We had samosas, butter naan, butter chicken and lamb tikka. The food was delicious. The food came out fast. We will definitely be returning.
Best Indian food in the triangle area! Paneer makhani is the best and the kids love it too!
