Four of us sat down to eat, and when our food arrived, it looked great. However, the waiter accidentally knocked over our cup of water, soaking two of us completely. He didn’t apologize; instead, he went to the kitchen to grab a towel and returned. We decided to move to a different table since our booth was wet. After our meal, when we went to pay, we were surprised to see that the bill was full price. We didn't expect our meal to be free, but a gesture like, “I'm sorry for knocking over your water; let me take off the $5.95 for the egg rolls,” would have been nice. Unfortunately, nothing was offered, so we paid and left. We won’t be coming back.

Use to eat here a lot. The food is usually pretty decent. Pho broth seems different now and prices are up a lot. The service is almost always slow. They constantly have no one actually taking care of tables. Last 3 times I ordered coffee and never got it. You’ll wait a long time if you want a water refill.

The broth is fantastic, and the large pho truly lives up to its name—it's definitely large! Vegetarian options are available, making it suitable for non-meat eaters. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, and there is plenty of parking space.

All dishes are delicious and service is excellent!? Should try their Combination Fried Rice. Top notch prepared. Grilled Pork Bahn Mi is just awesome! Go there for their food.Food: 5/5

This is the best pho I've had in a long time. The grilled salmon spring roll was delicious and worth the visit on its own. I will definitely be back! Food: 5/5

Pho broth is super flavorful, and the pork bahn mi is delicious! Been looking for a great pho spot in Des Moines.. So happy we finally tried this place!

Outstanding food, every time! My favorite pho joint out of all the ones I've tried in the US. Great family running it, as well!
