We had the veg pho, lemongrass tofu and spring roll. The veg pho veggies were delicious, just the broth was a bit salty (saltier than usual) so we didn’t have the broth much. The lemongrass tofu was made in an interesting way — dry with the crispy fried lemongrass shredded on top. It was ok, a bit dry for our taste as we prefer sauteed tofu. Finally the spring roll had just two ingredients and seemed very basic. The sauce had a fishy taste to it. This is an OK option overall for vegans and vegetarians.
We have been wanting to try it since they open finally tonight my family of 5 got to go. My hubby and daughter had Pai Tai meat w/shrimp. My son had chicken skewers. My son in law and I had pho w/meat and tendons. Everything was delicious and the service is really good and fast, we had vietnamese food in other places Nd this is really good. We're definitely coming back.
The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming! The Pork Bahn Mi sandwich was tasty, though I've had better versions elsewhere (it seems everyone has their own twist on preparing the meats). The Chicken Pho soup was excellent. I’ll definitely return! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
