My sister and I went here for lunch. Typically, when we go out to eat I convince her to pay. It seems only fair, she 's had more time to save and more experience earning. I also value money more than she does. She let 's other values like family and helping people, consume majority of her energy. Why should I lose something that I value more than her? She ended up saying that she wasn 't feeling too well so if anything I should pay for her. That didn 't make sense to me because I know how much she likes helping people. I decided to try their Special Combination Beef Noodle Soup (Phở Bò Đặc Biệt), which included various meats such as Rare Steak, Well-done Flank, Well-done Brisket, Soft Tendon, Tripe, and Crunchy Flank. The pho was pleasant overall, with a broth that had just the right amount of saltiness. However, I have to admit that aside from that, nothing particularly stood out to me. While the dish was good, it didn't leave a lasting impression. On a positive note, the price is reasonable – you get good value for what you pay!

I ordered their fried chicken with rice. Very disappointed. First of chicken is not chicken. It's game hen split in half. Picture in their menu is proportionately bigger. To illustrate how I am cheated, I took a picture with the fork next to the wing. KFC is 10× cheaper and better. Would you pay $16 for this plate?Also, the so called chicken is dry, I feel cheated. I will never go back to this place. Management is NOT honest

Ordered 1 chicken soup, and 1 steak and we'll done flank to go. Both soups were light on the meat. Barley any of it in our bowls, the steak one had 4 small pieces of steak, and one flank. Flavorless, and we ordered the (strongest) vietnamese coffee they had. That to was not strong at all, tried it right when I got it in my hands and was watery like it was sitting there. I caution against ordering the pork shrimp wonton noodle soup from this restaurant. I ordered it for takeout and discovered that the wonton filling was raw, containing pork and shrimp instead of beef. How could they serve it like that?! Eating raw meat is unhealthy and could potentially lead to parasitic infections. Be cautious when ordering this dish.

I visited this restaurant with a friend and we ordered a regular bowl of pho and spring rolls. The food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. I suspect the "Grand Opening" sign outside is misleading, as my friend mentioned that the restaurant has actually been around for a few years.

Edit: was a 5-star, but since ownership change the recipes are different. Garlic noodle is bland. Pho broth lacks flavor. Grilled chicken also less tasty. Seems like flavor profiles were turned down significantly.Old review comment: Great Pho, Garlic Noodles and sandwiches

Best Pho broth in Morgan Hill, Vietasia probably comes in 2nd. Also love their pork garlic noodles. I haven’t tried the place since new management so will revise if it has gotten worse Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Very quick and very pleasant staff. Food was very tasty. They supplemented for the lack of sriracha sauce. All in all, a very simple, quick meal.

1st time there the dishes were made very good n fancy. Very clean n servers very friendly. I will go there again.
