The broth was light yet richly flavorful, brimming with aromatic notes. However, keep in mind that "rare" really means rare, so if raw meat isn't your thing, this dish might not suit your taste. This is the best Pho in Orange County! The fried rice is absolutely amazing, and the garlic chicken wings are incredibly delicious. The short rib salad is like heaven, and the shrimp dish is out of this world. Don't miss the vermicelli salad—it's a must-try! We've been to many Vietnamese restaurants, but this one stands out as the best. Be sure to ask for Tony; he deserves all five stars on his own. He consistently makes the best recommendations. You’re going to love it!
Fried rice is edible but a little oily, my recommendation is to use healthy and fresh ingredients, a little bit pricey for the amount they serve. The oxtail was good but should have included a soup on it, other than that not bad at all.
