This week I went to Pieology and ordered a pizza. They gave me the wrong pizza and gave another customer my pizza by mistake. My name was on the receipt of the pizza I received, but it was the wrong pizza. I live in San Pedro and that is quite a drive to have to return a pizza given to me by mistake. I paid $3.00 extra for the pizza for thicker crust, and a Sprite. My bill was $20.33.
Once again I gave pieology a try and once again they burned it. It's not that hard to rotate a pizza. It's not like it's cheap. What a joke I don't even want it anymore. The mgr. Better train your people how to cook a pizza. Pathetic. The was the last time. No more chances!!!
I am very disappointed in food and customer service. Hadn't visited since Covid-19 shut down. Team members are very nonchalant, preparing food in an unappetizing manner. I definitely will not be visiting this location in the future.
The pizza is good it depends on who makes sometimes is well done sometimes is not or it's burned. Also if you go always take change because they don't have change available. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Customer service is horrible my pizza was burnt to a crisp I rather drive an extra 15mins to a a different location then to come to this one again!
Too much cheese,not enough tomato sauce or toppings. Price is very high for such a small pizza.
