Our family of seven (4 generations) from Texas ate at Pizza Carrello for lunch while traveling to Wyoming and South Dakota for Fall Break. If I could give this restaurant more stars, I would!! I love that you can watch them make the pizzas and see the wood burning handmade stove! The pizza is Delish!!!Some of the best pizza I have ever eaten! There are many different pizza topping choices. We had the 1980’s Pepperoni, the regular Pepperoni, the Monster and the Dazzle Berry. The raspberry compote on the Dazzle Berry was the Best!!! We also had desserts, the Nutella Calzone, the S’mores Calzone and the Raspberry Dream Pizza! All three desserts had a vote for the best dessert from among our fam...
If you ever find yourself in Gillette, WY, make sure to visit the Vegan Monster. I recommend adding black olives and asking them to go light on the olive oil. It's the best vegan pizza I've ever had, and I've tried plenty! The staff is friendly and welcoming, which is a nice touch. Plus, they offer great local beer. It's a win-win-win experience!

We were really happy to find a vegan option. besides the fact that options were limited the prices were really high. We ended up with a 70$ bill for 4 people!

Awesome pizza in a fun atmosphere!! It is the only place we buy pizza from anymore, can't beat the wood-fired crust! Yum-O!!
