This was the first time in a long time ordering from Pizza Hut.. I order my food, give my card info, the gal from Pizza Hut hung up right after I gave my card info.. didn’t say nothing. Just click! So I call back, they put me through to the actual store. Evidently when you order, it goes to Texas- that’s what I was told) so I tell both people what happened at this time I’m talking to the store cashier and she assures me that my order was there, but I hadn’t paid for it. I said well the gal in Texas) took my card info! So I give the store cashier my card info and she says it was declined.. weird, cuz I just got paid. She tells me to check my online banking. I hang up look up my online banking...
I wouldn't give them any stars honestly. Once again, an order was placed, the driver gave a weak excuse on not trying to communicate with us properly or calling and in the end the cancelled my order and gave a refund. I mean come on now it's not hard communicating with ignorant people we spend money on your restaurant, and you can't even try harder, and the thing is you want to say we can reorder our meal we just paid you for our meal and it takes time for the money for the to come back on the card my order should of been made fresh and I would of just picked it up then not have to replace my order and wait. When I have been waiting for over two hours now which is sad thumbs down for custome...
I ordered several items from this restaurant for delivery but realized I had entered the wrong address. When I called to correct the issue, I attempted to explain the situation, but the staff member interrupted me and said, "We don’t deliver to that address." Without allowing me to finish, he canceled my order and hung up. This was incredibly frustrating and reflected poor customer service.
You need to choose toppings for both pizzas in the Big Dinner Box with Breaded Boneless Wings, as otherwise, you'll just receive a plain cheese pizza. Each topping costs about $2 extra. Be sure to cut the Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie before it hardens, since it's not pre-sliced. Also, I've found that the Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta has become a bit bland lately.

Order never came, after 30 min we called and they said it would take another hour before it would have been delivered. I understand places are short staffed, but there was extremely poor communication and lack of knowledge from several of the staff that we talked to on the phone. Woman manager was calm and polite and gave our full refund.
The delivery service could use some improvement, but they do accept cash for orders under $50, which is a plus. I wish they offered more local deals throughout the week. Overall, my experience with their services was great, and I would give them a rating of 3.75 out of 5.
Order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived to find out the order was just dropped. Came back in 15 minutes as advised and pizza hant been made yet. Probably won't return to this store again.
My family really enjoyed the big box. I personally loved the New Yorker, though I mistakenly thought it was pepperoni. It turned out to be cheese, but it was still great. I enjoyed it anyway!

I highly recommend the 6" Personal Pan Pizza. It's my favorite, and I love that I can customize it to my liking. It's absolutely delicious!
The pizza arrived after an hour and was definitely cold. It felt like it had taken a lot of time before it got to me.
