Absolutely Terrible and Manager Jane was very unprofessional. We ordered a pizza which took forever to get to us. I called and spoke to Jane and told her the crust was not completely baked, it was doughy and the toppings were sparse. As well, mentioned that the pizza arrived cold! Jane, who is the Manager was terribly rude and asked me what should she do about it…she was suggesting that because the Pizza was not in front of her eyes, she didn’t believe me! As if I was going to spend $10 in gas to drive to her and show her the doughy pizza with sparse toppings. I cannot believe that the owner of this location would put this person in charge of their business. She really needs a job where she...
In my last three orders of pizza, I requested extra cheese, but I only received a few smudges of cheese on the pizza—definitely not what I asked for. This time, I asked to speak with the manager and explained that I hadn’t received my correct order. He personally took my order, and it turned out perfectly! I was really pleased with both the pizza and the service. The delivery was quick, and the delivery person was very friendly as well.
The pizza was good but the wait was not great. The timer on my order was of bu about 12 minutes which doesn't seem like much until you have a 30 window to pick it up and at the end of the 30 minutes you are late back to work and still haven't eaten.
Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, came with next to none. Called in even asked if I could get extra sauce and was told every excuse in the book about how they put extra sauce in a whole ladle and a half. Pretty disappointed to say the least .
Worst pizza I ever had... Asked for extra cheese but got only green bell peppers on undercooked dough. This place is so lame, don’t know why it has 3.7 stars. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK Pizza 73 is way way better.
I've been here twice. For the first time, there is no delicious food. For the second time I asked for tomato sauce I got a sweet Bbq sauce it was strange.
The restaurant has a clean environment, friendly and efficient staff, and the food is delicious and served promptly.
The service was very friendly and prompt. The quality met my expectations for Pizza Hut.
