I spent $170 on food tonight at this restaurant. I ordered 2 large pizzas, but both pizzas were burnt and had to be thrown in the garbage. The wings and subs were good, but they forgot our dessert and we had to wait an hour to receive it. I mentioned the burnt pizzas when I called about the missing dessert, but the staff didn't seem to care. I'm not sure if I will order from this restaurant again. It's important for the owners to communicate to their staff that if a pizza is burnt, it should be thrown out and a new one made. Quality control is essential to staying in business.

Decent everything. Nice to find a small town diner that accepts cards. Had no trouble with my declining English skills. Parking: About five parking spots including the one handicapped space. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to door not too steep for mildly skilled wheelchair user.
The staff are so rude here, aside from the young girl who runs the register, heaven forbid she has to take an order out to the dining room or you’ll get a rude staff who’s tone is terrible and acts like you’re an inconvenience. Don’t think I will be returning here.

The food is great but every time we order take out there is always something missing, They will not refund you and when you call to use the credit they said they will give you they say that they don't know what your talking about.
The service was acceptable. The young man appeared disinterested in his job. The food was average. The chicken Parmesan sandwich does not justify its price.
Pretty decent food Parking: Parking lot is somewhat small but I drive a big vehicle so if you can back in it'll help.
New owners have added items to the menu and changed the hours but still a great place to get food in Westfield

We have eaten here several times recently, and the food/service was great! The burgers are the best!
The food was excellent and they were prompt. I would really like to try the food they smoke.
