I went to The Plank because my friend wanted to get dinner for her birthday. By the time we left I thought it was MY birthday! I had the most incredible liver and onions, mashed potatoes and corn. Not to mention awesome service also!

Unfortunately, this is the only option in Montville. The bartenders were quite rude! The quality of the bartenders significantly impacts the overall experience, and this place just can't seem to get it right.
The bar food is quite good and reasonably priced for the quality. The drinks are enjoyable, but they lack a creative flair. The quality of the cocktails really depends on who is behind the bar.

Wonderful local spot for dipping. Great prices, cold beer, and delicious wings! We often order wings for takeout more than we dine in. Highly recommend it!
