Not coming back here again. I was excited to try a new poke place since pokes my favorite thing. I’ve gone to many places and have never been disappointed. This however, was a different story. The customer service was bad. Tried getting a make your own bowl and they only let me choose the meat and rice then just went on to go put whatever they wanted. I didn’t even get to choose my sauces and the lady there was deaf and didn’t hear me when I was trying to get her attention that i didn’t want half of the stuff she put but oh well. I 'm struggling to understand the hype surrounding this place. Despite its location in a touristy area, the prices seem unjustified given the small portions. I opted for an extra three scoops of meat, yet the portion was still disappointingly small. The taste was underwhelming, too, even though we chose from their 'special bowls ' selection. Moreover, the mandatory 15% tip felt excessive given the slow service. We experienced delays as we had to wait for others in front of us to complete their larger orders, while our smaller order was ready earlier. Almost $28 for a bowl including tax for three scoops?? Would I come back again? Definitely not:
The food was inedible. We got a Tiger roll and it was falling apart and it tasted just horrible. We also it a creamy, sesame, chicken salad and well we took one bite each and it went into the trash it tasted fishy. We also Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and the rice was a great big mush and the chicken was tasteless NO FLAVOR IN ANY OF THE FOOD. And my total was $75 and they added their own tip 15% and they definitely did not deserve it. I warn people DONT EAT THERE ITS NOT TASTY AT ALL AND YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK

This restaurant serves delicious and fresh meals with no complaints. While it may be a bit expensive, that's expected in Tahoe. The experience is totally worth it and I will definitely be returning. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5.

Good food with decent portion size. Kind of congested inside but has seating available outside.
