Everything was a disaster; Terrible service after they charged me for the order. When I went to pick up there was no fried plantain and they didn't offer me anything to substitute. I ordered churros and they gave me 3 churros and they told me there was no sugar... The one they delivered the order It seemed like she was doing me a favor; and angry... all the time shouting. A disgusting place. I asked to eat there and they didn't even want to give me a tray. In short, a disaster would never return... Everything was poorly served. 2 slices of meat. The rice was plasticine. and the beans had water that could be seen above. A disastereeeeeeeeeeeeee
We wanted a quick bite and decided to try Pollo Tropical in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We sat inside, and no one else there. The interior was clean. Unfortunately, their soda machines were out of root beer, lemonade, and ginger ale. I ordered the grilled chicken avocado bowl and a half chicken with rice and beans, accompanied by a large Coke, which cost $3.59—quite pricey for a soft drink. The grilled chicken was moist, and the black beans were perfectly seasoned, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. The bathrooms were also clean, adding to the overall positive experience.
I go to this pollo EVERY SINGLE DAY.. my daughter is a very picky eater she doesn’t eat the beans only the juice which is freshly made…. The Managers Francis, Sherry and her staff Ashley, crismellie(sorry if I miss spelled any names or didn’t mention are AMAZING and professional they go out their way to make sure the order is right every time…I wish all pollo’s was like this location.
The chickens are of great flavor, tasty . Like the Caraotas soup and the Chicken soup. The staff 's attention was top notch, they answer your questions kindly. They speak Spanish and for many of us clients it is Comfortable! I have been twice and I will continue visiting Tropical. Thank you Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Always great! Food is always hot and fresh. Your order is made in front of you. Tropichop with chicken is my favorite. Any of the locations are great. Pembroke pines location in front of Pembroke lakes Mall is my favorite.
Very dirty!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!! If you value your morals and your life do not come here! The manager is so disrespectful and I witnessed first hand seeing a worker get mistreated!
Food was okay but manger or supervisor nasty! I order online and it was 1215pm by mistake I put 1230 yo pickup. Someone went to pick up the order and shw was very rude! No customer service at all!
Great food everybody is usually so friendly. The girl in the drive- thru Ashley needs a raise she’s the best. On a sidenote I’m so glad they got rid of those 20 inch long receipts : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Honestly, from what they said, I thought the chicken was tastier, and the chicken is small.
