This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I'm new to Popeyes, and this was only my second time ordering. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be quite disappointing. My fries were cold, the biscuits were very hard, and the chicken portion was much smaller than expected. To make matters worse, the manager was confrontational and insisted that I was mistaken about what I had ordered, even though I showed them my receipt. I ended up paying more for this meal compared to what I've spent at other Popeyes locations. Overall, this experience was not worth it for me!
Prices are higher than typical Popeyes. I used to frequent this location as a local but never again.. terrible owners whi don't care for their stores or staff; while constantly cutting corners to penny pinch rather than be concerned with any level of customer satisfaction.They restrict purchases to only what is most profitable for them. the service was good. the management in this business is toxic. I saw a hired before customer was cut off by a manager while submitting an order for a customer. the type that placed the order was really nice. you could say English is not his primary language so that was needed, but this manager approach is disgusting. not for me.
I give five stars for the new staff at Popeyes. I recently visited and noticed that they have all new employees. While they didn’t seem to be native English speakers, they were genuinely helpful and friendly. The food was always crispy and delicious. I really loved it!
I called this ghetto location to make sure they get my very expensive order right. I heard someone in the back saying to hang up on me. Never Again. Owner should be ashamed of himself. The guy couldn’t speak English so why allow him to answer the phone?
I think it's overpriced compared to others in the area. They cut a thigh in half and call it 2 pieces. I also did not like the manager. Fries were soggy, shrimp was not golden. Change the oil!Vegetarian options: Rice and beans

Excellent service, yummy food and efficient. Bonus, the manager is ALWAYS around and not supervising but actually helping the staff. That speaks volumes and the dedication and care shows in their service.
