I'm very disappointed with my experience at Popeyes and likely won't return. Despite having only three cars in the drive-thru, it took over 30 minutes to receive my order. When I finally did, the employees were quite rude. As a first-time customer, I had questions, but they seemed unwilling to help. I asked for extra butter and honey, and it was carelessly tossed into my car along with the food. The drinks tasted watered down and unappetizing. My food was a mess in the bag, with fries at the bottom and their wrapper on top for no apparent reason. To top it off, they forgot a biscuit, so I had to go inside to retrieve it after already leaving the drive-thru. The food was cold and unappealing....
Good food but that drive thru is from 1952. Won't talk to you until they're nearly done with the order in front. Must be trying to keep their metrics up while being short staffed? Whatever the reason, it was surreal. Thought they were closed for a minuteor just forgot about the drive through. Tough times some places. Other than slow drive thru, no complaints. Good luck team.
We abandoned the line after sitting there for literally fifteen minutes without being able to even place our order. The guy in front of us hadn't been able to place his order. They need to get their act together. Last time I was there they blamed it oncomputer problems. A week later and they hadn't gotten in fixed?
The fried chicken tasted ok. I like the mashed potatoes. In the past, when ordering through drive-thru, there was always one piece chicken nuggets missing. That's why we have not been here for years. The fries at Popeyes are consistently perfectly crispy. There was one time we had to wait for them, but when they arrived, they were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious right out of the fryer. The menu at Popeyes never disappoints!
They said close 11pm and they are already closed even 30mins before closing hour. Even the store light up ?OPEN? neon sign. It?s kinda disappoint to me. I hope they are showing actual time. Waste of my gas
