I would 've selected no stars, but alas, that is not possible.I 've experienced a few negative encounters at this location. Today, there were 2 issues:1. When I ordered 12 pieces of chicken, the cashier automatically entered All Dark Meat. This has happened in the past as well.I was not asked what type of meat I wanted. When I noticed on the order screen what she had done, I told her I wanted 1/2 white and 1/2 dark (what a customer usually receives with this order).2. The chicken looks old and the fries are quite mushy and boring . the mac and cheese is good tho. Service is normal, they dont do much. and the wait times can vary but mostly 5m+. The place has a questionable vibe, last time I went most of the chairs were piled up and its pretty empty inside.
