Another frustrating aspect is that during 2020 and 2021, they kept the front doors closed, making it impossible to dine in or use the drive-thru during those years. Now that the doors have reopened, the drive-thru is operational, but they frequently run out of certain items. Each time I've visited this year, I've encountered this issue. For instance, I was offered a chicken sandwich as a substitute but only found out after I had already paid. Worst Popeye 's I 've ever in my Life been to!! First of all the guy that took my order was sooo rushy and so rude!! My 6 year old daughter wanted Popeyes, when ordering she was a little indecisive as we ordered which I apologized and laughed about once I got to the drive thru window to pay and again this guy was still sooo rude. I love Popeyes chicken... But this location needs an ENTIRE STAFF CHANGE!! They are rude, discriminatory, and treat the register area as a break room. I've come here over the years thinking it will get better and nothing. Same staff, same ignorant flagrant behaviour. I've seen employees laugh at customers, forget people are outside waiting on an order because of personal conversations, and last visit resulted in seeing an employee not wash they're hands after eating and resuming work!! I don't understand why the owner ignores all these issues, but I will drive out of my way to a different location from now on!
I spent 40 minutes in the drive through from start to finish. The person taking orders apparently was not capable of doing so as as two others had to complete the order for him. When I finally reached the window, I politely asked asked why the drive through was so long of a wait. I was told I don 't know. I asked to speak with the manager. The rude woman who did not know told me to take my tired Ford Taurus and fake Louis Vuitton (it isn 't) and be happy I got my food.

I've been visiting this restaurant for many years, and while I know there have been times in the past when service was slow, I was pleasantly surprised today. When I got home, my meal was still very warm, juicy, and full of flavor—quite a change from previous experiences. I ordered my lunch to go, and the service was friendly and quick.
I can't say anything bad about popeyes, I tried them today for the first time, the sandwich it was great, crispy with a good amount spicy and filled it. I would go back here to make sure the whole meal was $8 and I got my food in 1 minute definitiw a new favorite.
This is the worst Popeyes location I've been to. The past two experiences here were horrible. The staff is nice, but it seems like they are understaffed and never have any items available. We've left empty handed due to this location being understaffed.
Messed up with the order and doesn't want to open the door. Doors are closed! They are just using their phone and doesn't want to be bothered!!!!!! Feel bad for the owner of that food chain!

I ordered food on the app. When I get there the doors are locked it says drive thru only at12:00 in the afternoon. which has 12 cars in it. By the time I got my food it was cold.
This particular Popeyes location feels like it's from a whole other dimension, I swear. How is it still in business?
