I've been here a few times and I understand that sometimes service is slow, but this was something else. Our server took our order and never came back. I went up to him and asked about our food and if we could get refills. He said he'd come by, but never came back again. I saw him help other tables and work the cashier, but he never got close to our table again. I also counted 4 tables around us that sat down and got food before we did. The food runner was nice enough to basically take over and we gave him some extra money for being so nice, but I don't want to come back. We drove in from the city and it took 2 hours to get lunch. It'd be different if the whole restaurant was slow, but clear...
Worst service I have ever had. One lady took our order and idk what happened, but another guy took over. When they were bringing the food out, he seemed confused on what was ordered. I had to let him know were missing an item or two. Then the guy literally started eating and having his own meal with others. Didn't come by once to check on us. Had to yell across the room for a box and walked up to his table to drop off my card. The food was decent, but service made the whole experience worse. Never going back.
I just arrived here about an hour ago. We were sat at a table next to a table full of dirty dishes which greets you immediately when you enter the dining room. You have to wave the servers down to get any type of service. We weren't given any plates, silverware or napkins before our food came out. I'm usually critical but i love this place! The interior is very modern but still distinctly Filipino. Very clean including serving areas. The sections of the layout are well thought of. The dishes are family sized and meant to be shared and tastes delicious. I do understand they may taste differently as dishes are cooked different depending on the region one is familiar with, but tastes very good too! The servers are efficient and well trained. Good job to the management!

I'm writing this while waiting for the rest of our food. There are nine people at my table, and in the past hour, we've only received seven wontons and six spring rolls. We also had to request three additional plates because they only set six, and there were no utensils. Eventually, three plates arrived, along with some utensils, but the server just placed them in the middle of the table. Who does that?
The Filipino food here is outstanding! It’s the only place I've found in the U.S. that rivals my mom's cooking. I highly recommend giving it a try. You absolutely must order the lechon kawali, pork adobo, and pork inihaw!

The breakfast menu's a joke. We paid $17+ each for their tapa and tocino breakfast. We received 5 little slices for both. Not worth it!!

Food was really delicious ? We had a party of 11. They accommodated all of us even the two wheelchairs we had.
Got some really nice Lumpia her. I have not had a meal inside.
