AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the worst Potbelly location in Northern Virginia. I ordered a melt and it barely had any cheese. When I asked the person making it about it, I received a very rude response, with them saying that someone else made the sub, not them. On top of that, I had to pay for the sub anyway. I ended up having to buy another one just to get what I actually wanted. This feels like a scam. The staff is rude and incompetent. Whoever manages this location needs to provide better training.
This Potbelly is fairly average. I’m not too fond of their ordering process; even when I choose one of the premade options, I still have to walk through the entire ordering routine. However, the sandwiches are generally decent for the price. That said, there are better places nearby if you're looking for a good sandwich.
I ordered a sandwich from potbelly and it came charred. When I called the shop the manager said she made herself and that they had a policy to not serve over grilled sandwiches. I offered to send her a picture but she kept insisting that it wasn’t burned. This is the second time in a row our order has been messed up.

Steakhouse beef looks good on menu. I am imagining the aroma and flavor of Angus beef but it was salty and the smell of blue cheese combination is not complementing. It was my first time. I have to drink a lot of water just to finish it. The bread itself is so dry.
Only one star because there’s no zero, called to place an order for pick up and was told to call back n pick option 3 so I did and the same girl answered and gave me the run around and would not take my order, you can have that place, probably dog food anyway!
I had a truly wonderful experience here. I placed a mobile order, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were substantial. I didn't have any direct interactions with the staff since I only picked up my mobile order.
Excellent food at great price. It's so good I buy gift cards from Costco at a discounted price for an even better deal. My favorite is the Apple Walnut salad whereas my wife is really fond of the Steakhouse Beef sandwich.

The food is good, but prices have gone through the roof. Have employee salaries kept up? No. $18 for a double meat big Italian is a joke.
This location was very quiet in a Friday night. We got our orders in right away. They got our orders right!
