Ich übernachtete das Wochenende in der Sheraton Tysons-Ecke für ein Übereinkommen. Da ich am Sonntag Zeit hatte, entschied ich mich, weiter vom Hotel zu laufen. Potbelly ist nur ein Block weiter entfernt als die Restaurantreihe in der Nähe des Hotels, obwohl es fast eine Viertelmeile zu Fuß ist. Jedenfalls sieht es für mich aus, als ob Potbelly eine gute Alternative zu anderen Untergeschäften ist. Ich habe das mediterrane Sandwich ausprobiert. Das Brot war schön geröstet und ich bat um alle Extras, also würde ich nichts verpassen. Der Service war auch ziemlich gut. I visited this restaurant for lunch with my husband and accidentally ordered the wrong type of turkey sandwich. When I went back to reorder and intended to pay for it, the general manager approached me. He had overheard my questions about the different turkey options and realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong sandwich. He kindly offered to cover the cost of the new sandwich, wanting to ensure I got what I truly wanted. It was a wonderful gesture that showed how much they care about their customers' satisfaction. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! You all are fantastic! And just to add—I was thrilled with the right sandwich! Their sandwiches are definitely A+.
I was staying the weekend at the Sheraton Tysons Corner for a convention. Since I had time on Sunday, I decided to walk farther from the hotel. Potbelly is only a block farther away than the restaurant row near the hotel, although it's almost a quarter mile on foot. Anyway, it looks to me like Potbelly is a good alternative to other sub shops. I tried the Mediterranean sandwich. The bread was nicely toasted and I asked for all the extras so I wouldn't miss out on anything. Service was pretty good too. The free WiFi internet is a plus, since many places around here don't seem to have that. (which is a surprise in what I thought is a metro area)

I’ve gotten sandwiches from this location a handful of times and never had any complaints. Today I ordered online for pickup , which included a milk shake. I lost track of time and was 15 minutes late getting my food and figured the shake would be melted. But they were nice enough to keep it in a cooler so it was still perfect when I got it. And it was delicious!
I don't love sandwhiches but this store makes me fall in love every time.
I love their Pizza or Pastrami sandwich and now the mac and cheese is back! Great
The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant! They were patient while taking our order and made sure we had everything we needed.

They are not enforcing mask-wearing for customers. I will never come here again.
