I recently ordered a custom cake from Prioritized Pastries, LLC, and I was incredibly impressed. The owner was exceptionally kind and attentive to all our requests. The gluten-free carrot cake was not only delicious but also a hit with everyone. The atmosphere at the restaurant is vibrant, fun, and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. I've been a vegan for many years and usually enjoy a variety of sweets, but the cakes I've tried here have consistently missed the mark. They tend to be dry and crunchy, with an unpleasant bean-like aftertaste. I genuinely hope they find a new recipe, as these cakes could use significant improvement to appeal to a wider audience. I would recommend taking other reviews into account. It might only be worth a visit if you're among the very small percentage of people who are both gluten-free and vegan.
