The food was good, but the service was considerably slow. I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pickup time, yet I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before they even began preparing my meal. When I finally received my order, they had forgotten a bowl. When I returned to inform them, they seemed inconvenienced by my request and offered no apologies for the long wait or for the missing item. I understand that many places are facing staffing shortages, but there was a noticeable lack of urgency in fulfilling my order. Overall, I was disappointed by their response to the oversight regarding my food.
I?ve been to this location a few times now and have had a good experience every time. The staff is quick to assist you and always friendly. Despite going at the awkward time between lunch and dinner, the food is always fresh. It isn?t dried out and the guac is nice and green. The portions are also good. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. The only issue is the screen of the soda machine being sticky. It would be nice if it was wiped more often and have hand sanitizer available next to it. Overall, I enjoy going to this location.
I hadn?t ever been here until recently. I placed a mobile order and everyone working when I picked it up was really nice! I just wish the burrito was bigger for the price I paid for it. It?s similar to chipotle but they had less options in my opinion, maybe they just didn?t have similar enough options to what I usually get at chipotle. Definitely good I just wish the burrito was bigger if I?m paying $12 for it!

The staff is nice but what is the point of placing an online order if it takes literally 30 minutes until the food is done? Not sure why the online orders aren't more of a priority than people that just walked in, but it would be nice to at least get a coupon or something for such a long wait. Don't place online orders if you're expecting your food by the time given.
I waited in line for 25 minutes on a Sunday night, and it was frustrating to see that online orders took priority over the customers waiting in the restaurant, stretching all the way to the door. Even as people grew visibly upset, the staff continued to focus on online orders. While the food is still good, the time management leaves much to be desired!
We walked in right at opening and the floors, tables, and soda foundation were all filthy. There was food and garbage that was never swept up. The floors felt very sticky. Garbage cans also needed some serious cleaning. The food was okay but it's hard to concentrate on your lunch when sitting in a dining room in need of cleaning.
I recently dined at Qdoba Mexican Eats for the first time in years, and I was truly impressed by the staff at this location. Even though they were short-staffed, they remained courteous and took the time to greet each customer, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Great job—thank you! Also, the menu was fantastic!

We also ordered two Mexican sodas but had to go back inside to get them opened with a bottle opener. The outdoor tables were unpleasantly dirty, and the trash was overflowing. In fact, when my wife tossed our trash, some of it spilled out and a coffee cup fell, splashing all over her. Overall, we won't be returning.
