Last night at 7:45 PM, I arrived at a restaurant that had a sign saying it was open until 10 PM. However, all chairs were stacked on tables. I waited in line and was informed that food could only be ordered electronically through their website. Despite being willing to prepare our order, the staff refused to assist us unless we placed our order online. Many other customers in line were also frustrated, causing some to leave, including myself. The reason given by the staff was that they were trying to prioritize online orders. After I placed a larger order at this restaurant, I was met with a rude manager who seemed unaware of my request. The manager showed no concern when I stated that I did not want the Queso juice container on the chips I ordered, and refused to provide me with his name. He stated that he did not work there and did not have to disclose his name before abruptly ending the interaction. This poor customer service experience has left me unwilling to spend any more of my money at Qdoba. I will be taking my business to Chipotle for my large party orders in the future.
the janitor, treated our eating without washing the hands, the manager was so dirty to deal with food and then tried to spend spoons without a glove. the housemaster tried to sneak, how much of every ingredient I wanted. Last time I checked what the customer wanted, and then the boldness had to act as if she wanted to smoke when I pressed how rude she was. please turn off the load, pick up a secret load. there are nicer people who need jobs. the food was refilled!
I enjoy Qdoba and can pretty much get it anywhere. However, this location has the ABSOLUTE BEST STAFF!! Friendly, polite, and courteous are who they are. If you want Qdoba, you would be crazy-insane not to go to this location! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Qdoba never disappoints. The service at this location is always good and the food is always plentiful. My family and I love Qdoba Mexican Eats. The power bowl is a great keto, low carb option.
This location is quite good. I as a rule don't like QDOBA but this location is a exception. Their meet is flavored correctly. Their staff was polite. I'll be back for years to come
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. We ordered three vegetarian burritos with rice, black beans, cheese, salsa, and sour cream through DoorDash for delivery.
