Normally we like Qdoba. However, tonight my wife ordered a steak burrito for take home and got nice surprise. No steak and no cheese. We call the manager and her answer was, “Sorry about that, but we didn’t charge you for the steak.” That was her lame answer. Her district manager said we could return the burrito and be reimbursed, get another burrito and ONLY BE CHARGED for the steak. Not a complete steak burrito at no charge because of their error. Not another full burrito and maybe some chips on the side as a compliment to make up for their error. Nope. You use your gas. You bring back the receipt and we’ll charge you $3.50! Incredible! Seems like this place is looking up! Had a few rough experiences in the past with this Qdoba, but the past two online pickup orders I have placed have been ouststanding. No coincidence I think, but tonight the guy that was making the food/being cashier was the same guy as last time and it seems he really cares about the quality of the food he's making, which is super rare these days. Portions are great, the food isn't cold, and he seems to know what's going on. I wish I got his name but he has dark hair and glasses I believe. So, to the guy working the front on the evening of 7/31, please keep up the good work! It's not going unnoticed!
Food was good, but the big ol fellow at the register could not comprehend that I was paying for me, my wife, and my daughter. Had to tell him FIVE times that I was buying for my family. Next he couldn't comprehend that I wanted 2 drinks, and a small water. Finally got through to him after he stood there open mouthed breathing at me for 5 minutes. No offense but get this guy off the register.
Ordered online for pickup through Google. The receipts for each item ordered were correct, however the actual food was not. They gave me nachos instead of a quesadilla. Also the second Quesadilla was not as ordered. I am a little disappointed with the restaurants staff given at the time of pickup, nobody was seen eating in the location. The food made, while wrong. Was still good.
If you want to pay $13 for a big bowl of rice this is your spot. Stop penny pinching. If you order birria you'll get pork half the time for some reason. Worth the drive to a different qdoba down the street.
Great team always making my lunch break decent and the food is always great when I go here! Shout out to the managers as well!
